| Here Come the City Champion BULLDOGS St. Gertrude Bulldogs football is back and better than ever. The new-look Bulldogs consist of 81 student-athletes, representing St. Gertrude in the CYO East Division. For the first time ever, the Bulldogs will feature FOUR teams!! Pony (3rd & 4th), 5th Grade, Reserve (6th) and Varsity (7th & 8th). All four teams have begun practice and we will open our CYO season August 27th. Please join coaches Jeff Tanner (varsity), Tom Kimener (reserve), Chuck Schlie (5th) and David Arway (Pony) in cheering on our Bulldog football squads this year!! Rosters and Schedules!! Sunday, October 8 – Disabled American Veterans Chapter 120 Day Join us as we honor the DAV Chapter 120, which graciously allows us to use its Camp Dennison facility as our practice site. Sunday, October 22 – 8th Grade Appreciation Day We will pay tribute to our 8th grade players/cheerleaders during halftime of the Varsity game. All current 8th grade students get FREE admission to the game! |
